The U.S. Women's wrestling athlete team members will train and commit to the process of achieving excellence in pursuit of consistently winning medals at World and Olympic competitions.  On the mat, we will constantly pressure and attack our opponents, and relentlessly pursue scoring opportunities. 

Our team will represent the United States with pride, honor and respect as we pursue personal and team excellence, win or lose.  We understand and accept the lifestyle, training and competition demands of consistently high wrestling performance.  We will train and complete cleanly, ethically, legally.  We will be ambassadors for women's wrestling as well as role models on and off the mat.

The U.S. Women's wrestling program members (coaches, athletes, staff and performance enhancement team members) will strive for excellence in our respective roles, effective communication, teamwork, professionalism, and will work toward effective working and personal relationships with each other.  In all relationships we will be trustworthy, reliable, loyal, caring, and fair.  We will act with integrity.
