- Sr National Team Member
- Qualification:
- Top Three athletes from the Olympic Weight Classes (Olympic Team Trial - June 13-15, 2008 )
- Top Two athletes from the Non-Olympic Weight Classes (World Team Trial September 19-20, 2008 )
- Requirements: Must attend all National Team and World Team Camps
- Privileges:
- USA Wrestling will pay for one overseas winter tour - (If you are Prepared and have been at National Team Camps) - USAW reserves the right to make this decision
- USA Wrestling will pay for the athlete to travel to and from the USOTC
- US Olympic Team
- Qualification
- Champion from the Olympic Team Trials - June 13-15, 2008
- Requirements:
- Must attend all Olympic Team Camps
- Must follow the training plan set forth by The National Staff and the Olympic Team Coaches
- Must attend all Camps, Competitions, and Meetings with a great attitude
- Must have weight in-line to the weight class represented at the Olympic Games (Coaching Staff's Discretion)
- World Championship Team
- Qualification:
- Champion from the Sr World Team Trials - September 19-20, 2008
- Requirements:
- Must attend all World Team Camps and Prep-Competitions set-up From the World Team Trial to the World Championships
- Must follow the training plan set forth by The National Staff and the World Team Coaches
- Must attend all Camps, Competitions, and Meetings with a great attitude
- Must have weight in-line to the weight class represented at the World Championships (Coaching Staff's Discretion)
- Pan-American Championships
- Qualification:
- # 2 National Team Athlete from 2007 National Team, with the exception on 51kg and 55kg we will take the #1 ranked athlete - This is an Olympic Qualifying event
- Requirements:
- Must follow the training plan set forth by The National Coach
- Must attend all Camps, Competitions, and Meetings with a great attitude
- Must have weight in-line to the weight class represented at the Pan-Am Games (Coaching Staff's Discretion)
- World Team Trials ( September 19-20, 2008 )
- Qualification:
- Open to all athletes in the Senior Level
- Privileges:
- Top 10 athletes (Olympic Weight Classes) and the Top 7 athletes (Non-Olympic Weights) gain Funded Access to Train at the OTC - Ability to train at the USOTC for the next calendar year
- Invited to attend all Olympic Development Camps for the next calendar year
- USA Sr Nationals
- Qualification:
- Must be born 1988 or before - 1989-1991 w/ medical certificate to compete at this event
- Privileges
- Top seven athletes from this event qualify for the Olympic Team Trials ( June 13-15, 2008 )

- FILA Jr World Championships
- Qualification:
- Champion from the FILA Jr World Team Trial (Body Bar Nationals - May 16-18, 2008 )
- Requirements:
- Must follow the training plan set forth by The National Development Coach and The FILA Jr World Team Staff Coach
- Must attend all Camps, Competitions, and Meetings with a great attitude
- Must have weight in-line to the weight class represented at the FILA Jr World Championships (Coaching Staff's Discretion)
- Privileges
- USA Wrestling will pay for the athlete to travel to and from the USOTC in preparation for the World Championship
- Invited to all Olympic Development Camps for the next calendar year
- FILA Jr Pan-Am Championships
- Qualification:
- 2 nd Place Finisher from the FILA Jr World Team Trials (Body Bar Nationals - May 16-18, 2008 )
- Requirements:
- This is a Self-Funded Event! (The event was not in our budget - we will work to include it in the future)
- Must attend all Camps, Competitions and Meetings leading up to the event with great attitude
- Must follow the training plan set forth by The FILA Jr Pan-Am Team Coach
- Must have weight in-line to the weight class represented at the FILA Jr Pan-Am Championships (Coaching Staff's Discretion)
- Privileges
- Invited to all Olympic Development Camps for the next calendar year
- Gaining Valuable International Experience needed for future success
- FILA Jr World Team Trial - Body Bar Nationals
- Qualification:
- Born 1988-1990 - 1991 w/ medical certificate

- Champion from FILA Cadet Nationals will get $500.00 towards this trip (it should cover it all)
- Requirements
- Must attend all Camps and Competitions leading up to the event

- Must attend all Camps, Meetings and Events with a great attitude
